For business owners using S4
Optional automated texts notify you when a new lead arrives, your S4 assistant has reviewed an update, or an agency service update is available. Photos, requests and detailed replies stay in your authenticated client portal. This program sends account notifications to business owners, not marketing to their customers.
Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not required to buy or use S4 services. Delivery depends on carrier and provider availability.
Your choice
Only a signed-in client owner can record their choice in Notifications settings. The form shows the owner number already saved for that client, starts with an unchecked consent box and records the chosen number, disclosure version, account identity and time. An agency administrator entering a contact number does not enroll you.
Reply STOP to stop messages, or withdraw consent in your portal. A prior STOP cannot be overridden in the portal. When the program is active, reply HELP for messaging help. You can contact s4aiagency@gmail.com at any time.

Information used for alerts
S4 stores your owner number, consent record and delivery status to operate the program. Our communications provider Twilio receives the destination number and SMS content for delivery. Automated lead and assessment alerts contain a portal link rather than uploaded photos or private lead details.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional use. Communications and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the program.
